Vidzfar Julie STORY: Low voter registration in Sulu partly due to unopposed bets – Comelec exec

PATIKUL, Sulu, Philippines — The low voter registration for the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections in Sulu is partly resulting from a typical scenario right here— unopposed candidates, in accordance with the provincial election supervisor, Vidzfar Julie.
