PATIKUL, Sulu, Philippines — The low voter registration for the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections in Sulu is partly resulting from a typical scenario right here— unopposed candidates, in accordance with the provincial election supervisor, Vidzfar Julie.
As of this writing, the Fee on Elections (Comelec) in Sulu has acquired solely round 12,000 purposes for registration from the 19 cities within the province, Julie stated in an opportunity interview with reporters right here on Sunday.

The deadline for registration is on Jan. 31.
